To begin with, I provided all my contact information, yet you failed to contact me to notify me that the color I selected was out of stock, despite your website showing it as available.
Secondly, due to the shipping delay, my order has now been sitting in a warehouse in Ho Chi Minh City for a week. With Vietnamese New Year approaching, I am now being asked to provide documentation that you were supposed to supply, but you have been unable to send it to me. To make matters worse, the live support chat on your website is non-functional.
While the watch itself might be of good quality, the level of service is utterly unacceptable.
