أولتو-8 كرونو جيت بنفسجي غامض

I ordered the Olto-8 Mystic Purple with the Exhibition Case back and the custom rotor. The transaction went through with no issues. Then I was contacted by customer support and told that they didn't have the watch that I ordered in stock. I could change to a different color (nope) or they could refund some portion of my purchase. I hated both of these options, but I choose the refund. I was told that they would send an additional strap. Fine I guess, but it doesn't really make up for the fact that my order was botched. Then I waited and nothing arrived. After a few attempts they finally responded and said the watch wouldn't ship until July 1st. They stated it should have given me this info when I made the order, but I didn't see anything like this when completing my purchase. It's now July 7 they are not responding to my request for a tracking number, and I still don't have my watch. I have been looking forward to being able to purchase this watch for some time, it was a birthday present from my wife. This experience has totally damaged any respect that I had for the customer service dept of this brand and I will never purchase anything from them again. I recommend you heed my advice on this.

Beautiful watch and definitely a conversation starter! The crystal is a bit too reflective,could benefit from more AR coating.
