Beautiful watches. Unfortunately one of them was not working correctly but Customer Service has been great and they are going to return the watch and replace it. Very happy with the service.

I've been buying this brand since the Jeep themed Iron EX automatic, years back (I have two of them), and then also bought the stellar King 3D, which is just brilliant. I bought the Chrono Gate initially when it was on Kickstarter, and received model 001 of the highly limited Golden Era, and was very much in love with it. Most novel complication ever, the switching AM/PM numerals. After buying it, I thought I'd lost it. Turns out it slipped off the shelf without me knowing, but, before finding it today, I was so distressed that I bought the Vintage Red dial, because it's just a watch I had to have. I now happily have two Chrono Gate masterpieces, and could not be happier. I had requested the black strap for it, which I think will suit it better than the gray, and it's on the way. Customer service is just top notch -- DHL was giving headaches in shipping, and Bree and Nick have been the utmost help for me. This makes now five from this brand, and I will be keeping my eyes open for new releases, since they really turn up the creativity, and the quality is always the best. Very happy!!!
